Why oh why do Sainsburys have a great set of child friendly spaces, near the door and then NO trollies that fit two children (unless you have twin babies). Very difficult with a 3 and 1 year old. I'd have spent more if I wasn't carrying a tired 3 year old with me!

Although that would have also depended on any of the veg looking even vaguely fresh, not keen on yellow broccoli or dried out corn on the cob.

You have the potential to be a great store, a bit more effort and thought would go a long way.

I have come home from Sainsbury’s so cross today! As a Grannie I’m outraged that the staff’s “designated” smoking area is right next to the family parking bays!

When I asked to see a Manager I was told that they didn’t know if one was in!I was fobbed off by a very disinterested Supervisor!

I’m currently drafting a letter to the CEO as I don’t want anybody smoking over my beautiful granddaughters!
