John Nettleton and his 28 year old horse, 'BOBBY', completing the final mile of their Hackathon here today - 100 miles in 100 days. All in aid of charity, he has raised £500 for Brooke, Action For Working Horses and Donkeys which works to improve the lives of working horses & donkeys around the world. Thank you to British Horseracing Authority for kindly permitting them to use the course. Amazing work!

User

Really impressed with all the staff really friendly and professional. We were in owners and trainers and I would rate this as one of the best. Could have done with a few more seats but it was probably extra busy indoors as the weather was so awful. However a really lovely well run racecourse. Will be back in a couple of weeks!

User

My favourite racecorse! Loved fake tan last year!

Was told to move my parsole which I did!

But very hot days like yesterday shame other people didn't get told to move their parasols!

Very busy day queued for awhile to get in surprised both entrances wasn't open!

looking forward to 15th July for coldplace playing .

User

Hot day. There was plenty of tables and chairs on the lawn. The horses were cooled down after each race.Staff were very helpful. The beef or pork banquets were very good and well filled.

User

Had a great day at Salisbury races yesterday for Father's Day. A big thank you for the free iced water what a lovely touch as the weather was scorching. The racing was great as was the band afterwards, all the dads enjoyed their day. Would highly recommend

User

Great facilities, family days are exactly that. Couldn't ask for anymore, well maybe one thing, what has happened to the outside caterers selling curry that was there a while ago?

User

Go there all the time. Always a great day and the music afterwards was a bonus.

Could do with some sun umbrellas in this heat tho.

Boy was it hot!!!!

User

Excellent day and will definitely be paying another visit. Took friends who had never been to racing before and all thought it a fantastic day out and one even made a nice profit. Good for all the family.

User

Came with a group of lady friends to this event on Saturday into the Sarum enclosure...we didn't get white tables and chairs and the judges didn't come round to look at how people were dressed for the best dressed and shoe competition...a tad elitist ...as was the food van choices for each side .....however, the racing was great fun. Coldplace were as good as ever....note for organisers for next year...area in front of band needs to be bigger couldn't get anywhere near ...why not just open up the track.

User

Came here yesterday for Ladies Day. This is my 6th or 7th time in a row. Absolutely love everything about this racecourse. The events r really well organised. choice of food and drinks stations. Loved the free iced water too. But most of all the addition this year of the white tables and chairs in the Granstand area was brilliant. An inspired idea. Already planning next year.

User

Came here last night for evening races and the 90s night and had a lovely time. Food was good and impressed with the cleanliness of the ladies facilities. Will hopefully come back soon for more racing!

User

Brilliant food and service. Lovely racecourse. Had a great time and excellent value for money! Only snag was waiting over an hour for a taxi to find us, but that's no fault of the venue. Definitely come again and find somewhere to stay overnight.

User

Brilliant day with the family for Father's Day, and great band too, first time for me and it was the best day strongly recommend

User

Brilliant course see all the way to the top and a good atmosphere

User

Been 3 years in a row and every time had an amazing time so much laughs, drinks and tasty snacks had! And the music is always brilliant.

User

A quintessentially British racecourse with excellent viewing and all facilities within close proximity. No better place to be for summer flat racing, a very friendly course and lovely atmosphere

User

Came with some friends for the 90s Spire FM night. We didn't particularly watch the races although we did enjoy seeing the horses coming round the winners paddock. The highlight for me was the friendly yet professional staff who were on hand throughout to answer queries and serve drinks and food. Everyone I spoke to was lovely. We also loved the dancing in the evening and just wish we could have had another hour or so on the dance floor.

User

We went on Thursday 17th August . As a family we really enjoyed the day . Salisbury race coarse is really good , clean and friendly . My only down point was I was not allowed to take in a gluton free packed lunch into the grand stand section . I was told at the gate I couldn't take it any further . I asked if there was any gluton free food on sale and was told yes . When I got inside I found No gluton free food . I was told I could take food into the Sarum section but didn't want to be apart from my family who had already bought tickets to go into the main grand stand . This lead to me not being able to eat .

User

We went on 14th July as it was ladies day and we were a hen party. We had a fabulous time with the exception of a very rude and most unhelpful lady in the Bibury suite. No name on her badge only that she was the catering manager. She pounced on us as soon as we arrived and started tell us where we could not sit, clearly she did not attend any kind of customer service training as there are ways to approach people and it was not how she did it. Almost ruined our day before it had even began.

Everyone else was very helpful and we would all like a special mention to the lovely Lenny who looked after us perfectly.

User

Traffic Jams car parking chaos, no big screen, cant see the whole course without it....well what did i expect from the Flat.
