So after over 11yrs of trading as Sargies Cornish Kitchen we can announce that we have as of today sold!
We started in May 2007 from home making a range of soups and flavoured butters and over the years have made loads of different products but the meringues are the product that really worked and stuck. Over the past 10yrs we have piped over 4 million !
It is time to move on and hand the business over to a fresh pair of eyes, good luck to them I am sure they will grow Sargies... into an even bigger success!
I want to say thank you to everyone that we have employed over the years I hope I was a decent boss but even more so thank you to every single person that has ever bought anything as without you we would never have lasted this long.
All our efforts will be solely focused onto our private chef service, if you have not already liked the page please go over and have a look at Sargies Chef service soon to be changed to Dave sargent private chef.
It has been one amazing ride with some awful lows and some amazing highs but I would not change a thing.
Thank you all again, I came I saw I conquered and will never stop.

Annie from The Brownie Baker tucking into her second portion of our delicious Salted Caramel cheesecake for breakfast poor OLD Marcus didn't get a look in!!!

Day 2 Royal Cornwall Show.....

we used a voucher from our kids for sargies cornish kitchen for Nicole and myself + 2 guests for a 3 course dinner, the service was 1st class, the food is amongst the best we have ever had the pleasure to eat, Dave (the chef) was very attentive always ensuring we had everything we needed and last but not least he left the kitchen spotless.....thanks Dave...Top bloke, Top chef....highly recommended, worth every penny our kids spent on us

What an amazing chef and catering team! the best, yes the very best we have ever had the privilege of catering for us. The sea bass was so yummy! the meringues - oh my goodness I could have eaten the lot if I had a stomach big enough :-)

David and his wife and team were so very supportive, nothing was too much trouble and they went way beyond their remit to make us feel happy and make our evening a success. Thank you so very very much David and your team we will never forget what you did for us and how much you supported us :-) x

We celebrated a 50th birthday this weekend and used Sargies Private Chef. It was superb the best meal we have had in a long time. Service was great and nothing was too much trouble. It was so easy we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
