Just a wee heads up. If someone calls themselves an ‘aesthetic practitioner’ they are not a health professional and don’t need to answer to any regulatory body or provide you with after care. If they are selling you 1ml lip filler for £100 chances are it’s been imported or has not got MHRA (medicines) approval in Britain. Please only use Healthcare Improvement Scotland approved clinics as they always have a health professional attached to the clinic for injections. ‘You p...ay cheap you pay twice’
**edit to post** I know tonnes of ‘aesthetics practitioners’ who I have nothing but respect for and their talented work. Equally I know there are some health professionals not getting a clinic licence and think the rest of us haven’t noticed! I’m not biased in any way. There’s tonnes of dickheads out there from all walks of life 🤣
