The 1st picture is the very first time I met my lovely client. She wanted a little extra length and fullness so we discussed ITIP extensions and WOW...glamourous hair in an INSTANT. The second picture is 4 months of growth after having ITIPS and as you can clearly see the hair is undamaged. The third picture is of a balayage, toner PCC and 're application of ITIPS 😍 beautiful hair doesn't happen by chance 😜 it happens by appointment 😁

Yesterday I went to the spa and had an “Advanced Facial” which was worth every penny. The back, shoulder and neck massage before the facial was brilliant and allowed me to relax before the facial it’s self.

As for my skin, it looks and feels amazing. Can’t wait to have another.

What a treat we had this morning having our hair cut, we were treated to a coffee and juices and biscuits last week when we turn up a week early for our appointment and made to feel welcome. Today was equally as welcoming leaving with 3 lovely hair cuts for me and my girls and being made to feel part of the serenity family. Thanks girls what a great start to our weekend xx

I have had the pleasure of hair cuts from Mikaela, Beth and today Bianca. I'm not normally a regular user of one salon, I get anxious and worry about being judged. But not here, a beautiful, relaxed and friendly place where the professional women create amazing hair that fits with your life. I will be returning here because I love my cut and the way I feel when I leave. Thank you very much � PS - The chocolate dipped biscuits and tea certainly were the icing on the cake!!

I am absolutely made up with my hair. Bianca was amazing in listening to what I wanted and creating great highlights and giving me a lovely cut. Bianca has completely restored my faith in hairdressers. The salon is so friendly, I was at ease straight away and nothing was to much bother. I can't thank you enough, I'm delighted and everyone loves my new hair too. I've found my new hair salon xx

Bianca coloured my hair beautifully and it was just what I wanted :)) ♡ The treatment products are so good for making your hair healthier ♡ I am always anxious when I ask for a cut as there is always the fear that too much will be taken off but Rebecca got it just right and cut off all my dry/split ends without making my hair look any shorter ♡♡ really pleased and my hair feels amazing thankyou :) xxx
