Sfb Events Description
Now in it’s 24th year, the Sci-Fi Ball is one of the longest running, best loved, fan run sci-fi events in the country. Run entirely by unpaid volunteers they stage a fantastic three day event with state of the art production equipment including a multi-screen stage, hi-def recording and stunning indoor pyrotechnics. The event features talks, autograph and photos sessions, interactive gameshows and charity auctions. The highlight of the weekend is the Ball itself, a sumptuous three course sit down formal banquet followed by the best in after dinner entertainment…. and all to raise money for their chosen charity the Teenage Cancer Trust.
