Shape Up Description

Shape Up™ was founded to get your training to the next level. Not to a level. To our level. We want you to get the most out of your workout. To accomplish this we will increase efficiency by training on a higher intensity. We have created a concept that is based on a combination of old and new school training methods. Our team provides training sessions and programs to both individuals and groups we design customized Shape Up™ work outs. The goal is to improve performance and results.

Personal training:
We recommend training with a personal trainer to get the most out of your workout. For a 100% focus, we offer one-on-one training sessions. Starting with an assessment to get a good perspective on your general fitness and personal training goals, we’ll then design a custom made Shape Up™ program. With that right on track we begin the work-out. The personal trainer keeps following your progress and makes personal adjustments when needed. The training process will constantly evolve to make sure your body never gets used to the program, meaning it will always be a challenge. Are you ready to Shape up? Group Training:
It is great doing an individual work out in a group, because it motivates positively and enhances team building. We’ve got a lot of experience in giving training to groups. We use this experience by providing Shape up™ training and workshops to individuals groups.

Programs & Advice
Shape Up™ is specialised in designing custom made training programs and giving training advice. Always tailored to specific individual needs. We help athletes optimize their training in order to improve performance in competition. For recreational athletes we improve general fitness and health. For example Football players and kick boxers both need to stay very flexible and athletic; many actions are very quick and explosive. So we mainly focus on these types of movement. Meaning we implement a lot of functional moves into our program design. Regular weight training would not be beneficial for the performance of these athletes, contact us it you want a custom made Shape Up training program or advice. We’ll design it using the information you provide us.
