Fitness classes the fun way with Janice.
We run STRONG by Zumba, Zumba and Glow fitness classes weekly in your local area. Check out our videos and photos to see how much fun you can have while working towards your goals.
Two class Tuesday:
- STRONG by Zumba: 6. 30-7. 20pm, Bishopstoke Memorial Hall
- Zumba: 7. 45pm-8. 35pm, Fair Oak Village hall
Thursday:
- Glow fitness: 6. 30-7. 15pm, Bishopstoke Memorial hall
£5 per class or £20 for 5 class pass
Get Zumba half price if you do the double.
First class is always free for newbies.
