For me personally regular monthly massage is not a luxury, it is an absolute necessity. It is a matter of priorities, really. For example if I have to decide between having a new handbag or a massage session, the second one always will be the winner! I can give up having take-aways or eating out but I will never forget about massage. My body would remind me anyway and I am investing in my health in the end so I do not feel guilty at all. It takes a lot of physical pain to und...erstand it. Do not let stress to pile up and wait until your body shouts in need for help. It is cheaper to prevent yourself from having illness than treating it. There is a lot of acts of love you can show your body and it does not cost a lot. It can be simply fresh carrot juice you make yourself in the morning or not buying sugar drink on your lunch what costs you nothing. Look after yourself 🕉️ Lots of love 💞
