dawn is great the plan is great everyone in group is great i love the support you get and you dont feel you have to spill the beans when you have had a bad week you just tell everyone and everyone is so understanding i mean you got to live right just love slimming world and everyone who is in the group thankyou dawn and everyone else for being helping me start my journey and for the continued support :-) <3

I have been going since the beginning of May with my mum, we are both following the plan and have both lost a stone each. We enjoy the talk and laugh, sharing recipes and new things that people have tried and enjoy sharing new things ourselves. We have always been made to feel welcome and find the FB group really helpful. Why not come along we are a friendly bunch.
