This week I’ve been talking a lot about finding moments in every day that make you feel proud, well I wanted to share mine today with the world
At the end of each month I like to tally up my groups total weight losses, this February my amazing Northam and Bideford members have lost a phenomenal
840.5 lbs !!!
... That’s another 60 stone!
I couldn’t be prouder of them, and if your sat reading this then why not come along to one of my sessions and find out how to get started too.
