Holiday Lettings:

We are inviting new landlords to experience our service, whether it be: a new acquisition; a period during summer whilst your property is empty or you just need help filling empty periods on your diary; we’re happy to help.

Smart Home Rentals provide two levels of service for holiday landlords:
Marketing only – we will take reservations and advise you of arrivals and any special requirements;
Full management – we will look after all aspects of the booking: changeover cleaning and linen change, special requests, maintenance and we’ll be first point of call for your holiday guests.

Residential (long term) Lettings:

Do you require help letting your property for a longer period? Be it 3 months or 12 months we have a large tenant database, looking for all lengths of tenancy.

Smart Home Rentals offer two levels of service to landlords requiring an AST:
Tenant find only – Marketing your property, referencing incoming tenants and writing the agreement between yourself and the tenants.
.
Full Management – (Tenant find and rent collection packages plus) dealing with day-to-day enquiries / maintenance issues, negotiate and agree dilapidations at the end of tenancy and make necessary deductions from tenants deposit and to forward any post addressed to you to a UK address.
