Well worth a trip down the M27 from Southampton to Fareham to check it out! My daughter loved it and so did I. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Visited the store today (7th March) absolutely brilliant !! Staff were so wonderful, happy to help with queries we had about a jumparoo that we were there to purchase. Couldn’t recommend this store enough �

Today I went into the store and was helped by a lovely young man called Ash. I would just like to say that he helped my 6 yr old daughter get comfortable and confident with the space scooter and even showed her how to convert it from a space scooter to a normal scooter and also fold it away. It was then followed by another lovely young man called Sam who helped me with my phone trying to find the voucher code(as I am a complete techno phobe) while a queue was building behind me. He was extremely patient and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure coming into the store with such helpful staff. Thank you Ash and Sam. You certainly made my shopping experience in a toy store pleasurable.

Just popped in with my boys to buy some Disney Infinity Star Wars stuff, I had no clue what I was doing. Your staff member not only understood and recommended what to buy but spoke to my boys at their level and made my life so easy. Thank you! Declan rocks!

I visited your Fareham store yesterday (19th December) at 10:45pm to pick up my click and collect order. I've never been to a Smyths store before so had no idea what to do or where to go. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly chap at the customer services desk, who directed me upstairs where I was greeted by another equally helpful chap who found and presented my order in no time. It was 15 minutes until closing and everyone was still really smiley and helpful. A really lovely first impression and has made me want to visit that store again. I have two young daughters aged 2 and 6 years so will no doubt be in need of your services again. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

I popped in on Thursday to grab the build a bear stuffing factory that my daughter has seen in your catalogue. When I couldn't find it, I asked at the till. The lady looked it up on the computer and informed me it's not arriving until Feb 2017!!! She was very embarrassed herself as she couldn't understand why it's in the catalogue already, when you can't actually get it yet.....I'm gonna have one disappointed little lady �

Luckily she knows, you can't always have what you want!
