Went it to check snap fitness out and collect my door card. Was very impressed. The staff were really friendly and the facilities were brilliant. Looking forward to starting next week �

Today i achieved my own personal target of jumping on the blue box! Thanks Aimee for being there to encourage me, i never thought it would be something i could do and I'm pretty overwhelmed by it, snap fitness has helped me so much and i will recommend them to everyone!

So glad to have a decent gym in Andover. All the staff are really friendly, the class selection is really good - I have tried a few new classes this week and the instructors have always been really helpful and don't make you feel uncomfortable if you are stuck. Equipment in the gym is also really good.

Really enjoyed my first session today. Up to date commercial grade Technogym equipment. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. A real pleasure to train here

Lovely gym, staff are all so friendly and helpful. Great new machines and equipment. Can see that it will get busy at peak times as not huge, but OK so far, just don't let too many people join!

I found the staff warm and very helpful ive got nothing bad 2 say

I enjoyed it when I was there but Iv got many personal issues I’m dealing with and in the end it was effecting my training. Good gym great equipment. Thorin the manager is a very Reasonable man. He is very good at talking to you if you are having all kinds of problems. In many ways he’s like a father figure ! - a straight talker

Had my first morning at snap fitness today staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent equipment. My first time ever in a gym and I really enjoyed it. Good job guys

Great gym, very clean and specious, welcoming. Staff were really friendly and great local gym. Paid £10 to use the gym as a walk in session today. Highly recommend.

Great gym with lovely and helpful staff. The atmosphere is great in there too!

Been going to this gym for about a month now, I’m not a stranger to a gym as I’ve been going to other gyms for years and this gym is amazing ! The equipment is all new and top of the range , the staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming and it’s always clean!

I also attend the classes whenever I get chance and there also pretty damn good, it is £36 a month but it works for me and I love going!

After a couple of sessions, I can't fault it. Staff are helpful and friendly, the equipment's top notch and you even get your own shower cubicle. Hey, they even play great music in there!

After 6 weeks of Jay's Pure Tone class can't believe how much I can do now that I never thought I would be able to. Thanks Jay for helping build my confidence �. Fab equipment and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the gym to all.

Total SCAM Mis-Sold as "Just waiting for council to approve 24 hours, should be about 1 month" that was a year ago.

You sign up online but have to go in or print and return a cancellation form. Deliberate barrier to cancellations.

Area manager does not answer the phone. To get any action you have to trace the franchisee and send them a formal complaint letter.

Anyone else Mis-Sold do not pay outstanding fee let them take you to court and counter claim. If you need confirmation from a staff member in writing thatvit was going to be 24 I'm happy to share.
