SnuggleBug Fleece Dog Jumpers made in from Polartec® 200 Classic woven polyester fleece of the grade and quality found in advanced technical mountaineering wear. Fleece is the best wicking medium available and it is this wicking action that continually breaths away excess heat and moisture making it extremely effective for use following hydrotherapy treatment, drying the dog whilst keeping them snuggly warm – a much more comfortable alternative to a wet towelling bag.
These jumpers keep the torso warm, including the neck, chest, front legs and belly extending to the base of the tail and being made of a soft and stretchy fabric they give maximum comfort and incredible freedom of movement for dogs of all sizes. The jumper also incorporates a full-length zip making it is much easier to put on and remove than other coats which must be pulled over the head. This is particularly useful in older, arthritic or less mobile dogs or following surgery. A SnuggleBug dog jumper is an excellent choice to restore the core body temperature of a cold, wet dog and to dry them off quickly.

Over time dirt, body oils and other contaminants can degrade the water repellancy of your dog's fleece jumper causing it to 'wet out'. Washing with normal household detergents can leave a residue behind which can attract water. This means that breathability can be reduced too.
