Did you know that by law you are required to have a valid EPC on your property should you chose to sell or rent out your property. This was initially introduced as part of the HIP packs in 2007. Although the HIP's no longer exist the EPC element of them remained.

EPC's themselves are valid for 10 years, however, should you have had a change to your property such as improved insultation, installed a more efficient heating system or had an extension built it would be advisable to have another EPC carried out. Changes to the property can result in an improved Energy rating for the property.

I cover the areas of Whiteley, Warsash, Locks Heath, Park Gate, Sarisbury, Fareham, Portchester, Stubbington, Gosport, Lee on the Solent, Hill Head, Bursledon, Hedge End, West End, Sholing and Bitterne.

Prices start at £40. 00 for 1-4 bedroom properties.
