Sonar Cinema - Solent University's Cinema. Open to students, staff and the general public, we show the latest films, specialised film weeks and a variety of events. We proudly host a Dolby Atmos surround sound system and we are also available to hire.
Sonar Cinema Description
We run Southampton Solent University's own cinema (LT1, located above Costa Coffee in the main entrance).
We have a Barco digital projector, an Xpand 3D system and are the only Cinema in the south below London to have Dolby Atmos immersive sound!
Our auditorium seats 96 and has 4 wheelchair spaces with full access to the screen (1 ramp and 2 lifts).

Friday 14th December: 8pm- 11:15pm
This includes: Costa hot drinks Sandwiches, paninis, toasties, salads, pies and sausage rolls Pizza, cheese burgers and hot dogs!
