Our Area Wide Grants (AWG) are for organisations delivering activities or services across South Gloucestershire. If your community organisation is in need of financial support for a project that benefits our residents, you can apply for Area Wide Grant funding up to £3,000. Is your child starting school September 2018? This year South Gloucestershire Libraries @sgloslibraries with the help of nurseries, pre-schools and childminders, have gifted over 3,000 #Bookstart Treasure Packs to children who are starting school this September.
If you live in South Gloucestershire and your child is starting school in September 2018 and they haven’t received a Bookstart Treasure Pack please email us at Bookstart@southglos.gov.uk if you would like a pack. ... Let us know which is your most convenient South Gloucestershire Library and we will arrange for a Bookstart Pack to be sent there for you to collect.

Where are your medicines and cleaning products kept? Poisoning is one of the top causes of injury related hospital admissions for children under five years old. Around 70% are caused by medicines and a further 20% by household chemicals. In your home, are these products stored safely?
