Following a dreadful incident where someone jumped in front of our train just outside Bournemouth today the Train Guards and Driver were totally wonderful and supportive despite the ghastly time and what they had to do.

Why is it no matter what time of tear it is , your trains always have really cold air con on , makes the journey rather unpleasant

Boarded 1820 from Weymouth to Waterloo Wed 30th May. Cleaner also boarded and took away rubbish from the 5 carriages. However bins at end of each carriage full to overflowing and left so. Didn't understand. Asked guard why. "He's not allowed too empty the bins" was the response. "They will be emptied overnight" he said. So train now running for at least another 6 hours with overflowing bins. Unbelievable. What a shabby country we live in.

A total lottery as to whether we will ever a)get into Waterloo on time b) if there will be the 9 carriages as promised. And c) if you will make it home when you get to Waterloo. This morning we are late and 4 carriages have mysteriously disappeared. No word from the guards, but interesting there was a crack down last night making sure everyone had paid the extortionate fees for the pleasure of this farce.

Why is there not a zero star rating ??

This is Peak time for me working in retail and then to get hit with over a week's worth of rail bus replacement. Getting to southampton central today to be told the 17.30 bus to woolston that connects in with a south western service to fareham is running late and that they would hold the train at the woolston station, only to finally get to woolston and they've let the train go and then wait over 50 minutes for the next train to pull in.

No one at the station, no waiting area open to keep warm.... why oh why do I pay near on £1500 for an annual pass for this shit arsed service. Buck your ideas up SouthWestern !!

Unbelievable!!! 8:30 train from Southampton to Waterloo, always had a seat under SWT and now we’re told not to even try to board as the train is full!!! WTF! I’m now going to be 40 minutes late for my meeting in London and I paid £102 for a ticket, you’re having a laugh!!!

Two nights in a row the SWR has failed to run a train service. No real explanation and no information as to when a train might actually turn up. Posters talking about investment are a joke

The most unreliable train company that has numerous break downs staff that don't bother to arrive on time causing delays I'm seething 29 min delay I've spent 12 hours on my feet as a dementia carer and I have to wait around for you people to arrive no toilet available also no ticket office open. Oohh well it dont matter u still get paid wages though. I want a ticket refund as you failed to do your job properly.

Clearly all drivers need lessons in how to tell the time as clearly none can. Needs to be a zero star raiting. This is single handedley the worst company in the world. Bunch of pricks the lot of you.

South Western trains are a disgrace! They've been more late than on time since the francise started. I'm actually starting to feel sorry for the station staff who are constantly announcing late trains. They must be running out of excuses by now! The trains have a bad wifi connection. And buying a season ticket online to collect at stations is a but impossible. It takes a lot for me to complain, but I've complained so much to this company since it took over. And now the prices have increased for an very substandard service. Absolutely dreadful company!

Why your website is not working at all? I have been trying to buy advance tickets but once I click Search, it takes forever to load. Nothing is loaded. Please rectify this issue as passengers been struggling going on your website too.

On the delayed 19.35 service out of Waterloo to Weymouth. Lavatories like a war zone, bins overflowing (some onto floor) and carpet full of detritus. Train is a health hazard. No excuse.

Not a happy person this morning. Got up early so I could get the Bus replacement for the train from woolston - Fareham! The bus was meant to be at 6:15 and I’ve waited 45 minutes for it. Then when I phoned you made the excuse of ‘road conditions’ they may be late witch is no excused becuase roads are completely fine! You need to make sure you talk to the bus lot and make them on time becuase now I’m late for work

Diabolical service, train leaves the station before scheduled departure time AGAIN! I understand ur doors close 30 seconds prior to departure time but the train should still actually be there surely???? No point in complaining, there is always some excuse. I now face a cold half hr wait at Hilsea train station (the back of beyond!) because I refuse to pay £7 for a taxi home, which by the way is half of what my weekly ticket cost me. If I didn’t have to use your service, I most definitely wouldn’t! �

Capable of getting me into work on time in the morning. Pity I regularly turn into a icicle by the time I get there! I know it's summer and a little air conditioning is rather pleasant, but also.. IT'S SUMMER! People are not wearing 4 layers of clothing! Is it necessary to turn the entire train into a fridge freezer in the 1hr 10 min it takes to go from Southampton to London?! Blast the cold air onto the rails, might help with the "heat-related" delays.

At least the air con works. Well done to the management team of South western railways. Currently stuck at Guildford because the changeover crew aren't here waiting!! It's a Rota system, surely can't be hard. Have a crew in place half hour before they need to leave and make the necessary arrangements. It's not the current guard or drivers fault yet they'll be the ones apologising and dealing with frustrated, hot and annoyed customers. Another awful day from an awful company.

All trains are cancelled or delayed, all because there was a little bit of heat. It’s only 28C!! Where I come from, that’s a mild temp. If trains can still work in temps of 52C in Australia then I don’t see how you can’t pull yourselves together. Oh and while you’re at it lower your ticket prices. You’re unreliable and your trains are unclean and disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting service on the train from reading to Twickenham yesterday Saturday 5th may, the conductor had locked all the toilets on the train - I have an illness which means I need instant access to a toilet, when I asked the conductor to unlock a toilet he told me he had orders from Waterloo to lock all the toilets and wouldn’t open them. I explained my illness to him but he still refused which In turn ended up with me having to get off at the next station just to use the toilet as I was in agony and my kidneys were throbbing and causing me extreme pain. I phoned the complaints line to be told by the employee on the phone it was because it was the army v navy game at Twickenham and the military can’t be trusted that’s why the toilets are locked. You ruined my morning as I shouldn’t have to experience such pain that makes me have to get off the train just to find a toilet to then have to wait another 40 minutes for the next train to continue my journey.

I also think it is horrendous that the train company can comment about this countries armed forces to say they can’t be trusted. Yet you happily accept all their money for the train tickets yet under the consumers act 2015 section 49 you Failed to provide the service entitled - not just to myself but to every person on that train.
