*TICKETS NOW WON* Congratulations to our winners!
Our friends at Mayflower Theatre have given us two pairs of tickets to see Northern Ballet’s stunning version of the famous novel, The Great Gatsby, for opening night Wednesday 15 May!
"What does Gatsby call the 1920's age?"
... Once you know the answer, look for the books on this "subject" in Southampton Central Library and you might just find the hidden prize. Good luck!

We have a great science fiction & fantasy display up in Central Library at the moment with some lovely insight from the member of staff and creator:
This display presents a rare opportunity for readers to browse, and select for reading, a selection of books that are usually stored in the stack.
All books in the display are by authors who have either won, or been nominated for, the Hugo or Nebula awards.... The Hugo Awards and the Nebula Award are given annually to works of science fiction or fantasy literature. Hugo Award nominees and winners are chosen by supporting or attending members of the annual World Science Fiction Convention. Nebula Award nominees and winners are chosen by members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (Sfwa.org).
