We're Marrow- the life-saving, myth-busting, student-led branch of Anthony Nolan! We save the lives of people with blood cancer by adding potential donors to the stem cell register, as well as raising awareness and funds for this cause.
Southampton Marrow Description
Marrow works with Anthony Nolan to recruit potential donors onto their stem cell register to help save the lives of people with blood cancer.
Marrow is a voluntary student organisation, we run events to sign up potential stem cell donors & fundraising events, (as well as socials to get to know the group). Students make some of the best donors as they are young, fit and healthy. We are always looking for new volunteers and we give training so they are comfortable knowing how to help at events. If you're interested in volunteering or signing up to the register, simply message the page or post on the wall and one of the committee will get back to you : )

Hi everyone,
only 6 days to go until we elect more committee members for this term! Being on the Marrow committee is a great way to develop skills, do some good and make new friends. I've been on the committee for nearly 3 years and loved it. So get thinking about which position you want to apply for and message us with any questions. You don't need experience just the enthusiasm to help us put on lifesaving events and spread the word about Marrow.
