Went in for an eye test, staff were polite. I went to collect my glasses 2 weeks later to find out they were not made yet in store, after chasing the matter on the following Tuesday after not hearing anything staff got onto the matter and ensured the glasses were made for the coming weekend. The manager decided to refund me the price of my glasses and eye test due to the way the situation was dealt with. This has re-assured me as a customer and will continue to have myself and my girlfriend as customers. Thank you from turning a negative to a positive

My Gran who has dementia had broken her glasses and they couldn't of been anymore helpful in sorting it when my Dad went into the branch to ask if they could help

Hannah Joyce is an amazing optician. Compared to so many opticians I have met in the past, Hannah is endowed with an excellent communication skills, brilliant feedback following my eye test. I would like to wish her in her chosen career. Prem Ramsurn

Literally the worst customer service I have EVER had, was made to feel as if I was an uneducated inconvenience and when I said that the level of service I had received was unacceptable I was met with 'That's fine.'

Anyone considering using Specsavers- run a mile!!

I went in to have my eyes tested on 15 January, glasses collected on 24 February. Had a problem straight away could not focus at all. Was told I needed to get use to them. Worn them over the weekend and had nothing but problems, could not see properly and had a headache all weekend. Went back on the Monday and the person I saw suggested straight away I needed a retest. Went back on 7 March and had retest. Had to wait nearly an hour to be told the prescription was completely wrong. New glasses ordered now have to wait until 21 March. I have received no apologies or anything not happy at all.

Had our appointment cancelled Thursday because they were closing early because of the snow which was fair enough but even that wasn't straight forward as when I rang back to make a new appointment as asked (after speaking to my husband) I got through to a switchboard & it took me several times of asking for Specsavers Yate before she eventually after asking 3 times what company & twice what town & how do u spell that to say can I have your number & I'll get them to ring you back!

When they eventually rung me back they had not had a message that I had rung!

Even worse, appointment was re-booked for Saturday at one (yesterday), when we got there note on the door to say sorry closed due to weather!!

Nearly every other shop in the shopping centre was OPEN & spec savers hadn't contacted us or put anything on there FB page or Yate Shopping Centre's FB page but if they had would have saved us a wasted journey & several other customers I expect!!!!

Very dissatisfied customers, very poor consideration for customers
