My appointment with Beth, I would like to choose glasses with her.

Friendly but still have dots in my eyes when I blink !!

Can I just say a Massive "Thank You" to Jill whose customer service well exceeded expectations.....

I phoned the store yesterday on the off chance of an eye test today to be told "Sorry there are none available".. I explained my perdicament to Jill who then told me to ring back at 0930 in case there were any cancellations.... This pleased me but what happened today I did not expect...

I phoned at 0930 but Jill told me alas that nobody had cancelled but took my mobile number on the off chance somebody did.

Imagine my delight when she rang me 30 minutes later with an appointment for 13.10....

That is Customer Service at it's best!!!
