Springboks And Roses Description
Springboks and Roses is a husband & wife team. Craig was born & raised in South Africa and Emma in the UK. Together we produce traditional, homemade Biltong. A marinated air dried beef snack that originates from South Africa using Premium British & Irish Beef.
Our Biltong is both mouth-watering and moreish. It has been created using homemade blends of the finest herbs and spices, that have been tried, tested & perfected to enhance the natural flavours of our tender top quality Silverside Beef.
We are both passionate about the products we make and the country from which they originate, whilst supporting British farming and where we can local businesses.

Thank you so much for your positive response to our Boerewors in Blankets. Following on from our earlier post this evening. We will be selling the Boerewors in Blankets for ┬Ż4.50 for six sausages (approximate weight 420-450g).
The Mini Boerewors are priced at ┬Ż5.50 for 500g or ┬Ż10 per 1kg. We can make the coils into two if required.. I.e. 500g Boerewors can be made as 2 X 250g.
... Made from 80% British Beef and 20% Lamb. No fillers or rusk.

Wow what a crowd ¤ÖÅ We have had a truly amazing day at The SuffolkŌĆÖs Street Fair today. A fantastic atmosphere, crowds of people, very entertaining street entertainers and a whole host of very talented stall holders. We sold out of over half our range which was superb and we had such great feedback. So lovely to see returning customers, meeting old friends and creating new Biltong fans. 2 years ago we started off with a handful of loyal customers. Since then we have grown from strength to strength, thanks to fantastic 5* reviews, recommendations and stockists who continuously support us on a weekly basis.
Craig and I would like to thank our family, friends, colleagues, customers, stockists, suppliers and event organisers for all of their incredible support. Maintaining a small, family business is not easy, it requir...es a lot of hard work and dedication. It continues to be worth every effort, when you see and hear the pleasure our products bring to people, you are not just buying our product, you are buying the love and passion that goes into what we do.
We are not the biggest Biltong producer, but we have big hearts and a passion to deliver a top quality product using locally reared British beef.

Well what can I say.... I was introduced to this product a short time ago and have been hooked ever since. I placed my order and was kept up to date every step of the way. It was an absolute pleasure. The taste of the biltong is like no other. Such depth in flavour leaves me wanting more and more. I was lucky enough to find Springbok and Roses at the Suffolks Street Market and went back when the market returned especially to pick up more of my favourite Biltong. The best Biltong I have tried, tender, juicy and delicious every time. Great to sample there new product at the market too but simply cannot resist the original. Just about to open up my last pack so will hopefully see you guys soon for some more ’┐Į

I received my ordered biltong and drywors in super fast time and have to say, I thought I looked like a Cheshire Cat when it arrived but when I tasted it WOW WOW WOW. Totally amazing the flavour is awesome. Needless to say another order went in straight away.

On the back of that I said I would right a quick review!
So after receiving my voucher I headed of the to the website to order the biltong.
1st impressions the website look nice a professional.
What I liked about the online shop you had a choice on what you wanted and how you would like it.
So do you like Original, BBQ or BBQ & Chipotle? And there are many more to chose from.
Do you like it with fat or little or none?
How do you like it all one big piece?
Smaller bite site chunks or sliced?
So the choice is really yours how to YOU like your biltong?
The biltong was really nice I had a mix of cut and chunks and would sayŌĆ”ŌĆ”ŌĆ” You will not be disappointed!
I did get a sample of their boerewors as well.. Well all I will say it dint stay very long in the fridge before it was all gone (Same evening)
The boerewors was also very tasty and full of flavour! What did impress me was the ends on the boerewors was tied up nice and neat.
