Went there today with work colleagues and loved it! Service was amazing, presentation of the desserts were out of this world, place was tidy, taste of desserts were heavenly and the music they were playing was incredible!!! DEFO recommendation and definitely coming back! �

Went in over the Easter Holiday, service was very friendly and fast, the menu is very big making so many waffles to choose from. Overall would recommend.

Went here today with my family who came to visit, I thought I would try it in store after initially I heard about them on Just Eat and loved it. Used a groupon voucher and the staff were really friendly they informed us what we could choose from, menu is very big which makes it harder to choose, very nice experience with my family I had, next time there down again will pop down.

Was the best experience for me and my staff for our company night out as there was 40 of us.The staff were helpful and services was really good I was moved by there treatment toward there customers. All the staff were happy and the place was clean. I would recommend this pace to anyone

The service provided to me whilst during my visit was outstanding the staff were quick friendly cheerful compared to all other ice cream shops in Bristol. The food tasted great and the staff came to see if my order was fine and special mention to the manager in the white shirt for making the visit one to treasure. Portions were big for the value and best all round gelato experience in Bristol you will find despite the competition. Will definitely be back again soon.

Really hot in there! I don't see how the ice cream doesn't melt on a hot summers day; also there doesn't seem to be any aircon in there or proper ventilation at the very least a fan would do... saw quite a few flies in there too shame the food was surprisingly very good...
