This will make sure you'll be working the correct muscle groups fully and you'll get the most from them. Remember - don't sacrifice technique for weight! CAN YOU HELP ? We are running a STA baby and preschool swimming teachers course and are looking for a handful of swimmers to come along to the training course lessons. These sessions are designed to help the trainee teachers practice their teaching skills. The sessions will be run at Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool in Chippenham.
We need babies from 10 weeks to 3 year old (1 adult must be in the water with each child) for the following days/times:
... Monday - 15th April - 4.00pm till 4.45pm & 4.45pm - 5.30pm Tuesday - 16th April - 3.45pm till 4.30 & 4.30 till 5.00pm Wednesday - 17th April - 2.30pm till 3.15pm & 3.15 till 4.00pm
During each session, the swimmers will work with a number of different teachers working on different skills. These are great sessions if you are looking at starting baby swimming lessons or to just have some fun in the water with your child.

We love to go swimming in the pool. So warm for our 5 month old. Perfect for a babies first swim. We did the discover and play session first and the instructor was amazing! So we have now joined for weekly sessions which we do enjoy!

Perfect place to take your babies and little ones if it's their first time as it's really quiet and a calm setting.

My little boy attends St Nicolas School and uses the pool on a weekly basis. We decided to take him out of school time as a family and we loved it. Very clean and tided and the staff were fantastic. X

My grandchildren love it and every school holiday ask if they can go. They've even started swimming lessons there on a Sunday afternoon

My children have swimming lessons here such a brilliant facility especially for my son who has eczema so finds 'normal' pools to harsh on his skin.

Me and my husband took our 6 month old little boy today and it was Christmas themed! He absolutely loved it! The pool is lovely and warm and the atmosphere at the under 5's family swim is perfect! Will definitely be coming back �

I used to take my two children every week, it was lovely and calm. Unfortunately due to my work I can't do it at the moment but I will definitely be returning

Big thank you to Jake and team for making our daughter's 9th birthday treat so successful. All the children really enjoyed the hour session, especially the 'bulldog' game, music and lights!... and luckily the sun shone for our picnic in John Coles afterwards too. Thanks again Jake.

Beautiful really beautiful lovely and warm a real pleasure to go swimming especially in the winter months

We love coming here! Staff are excellent pool is excellent, the changing rooms are a bit strange mind and at busy times there is simply not enough space for everybody to get changed.

Other than that can't fault it

Very good to have somewhere to go and do exercises after an injury etc, Would recommend it.
