*Free Security Advice Meeting*
Craig Bruce would like to see what sort of numbers would be interested in attending a meeting?
The idea behind these meetings we hold or attend is to enable those attending a factual based education / understanding of what is good security in a modern world, with particular focus on our villages issues currently.
... We have held these meetings alongside West Midlands Police and Neighbourhood Watch Teams across Birmingham and Solihull, and are well received.
The meetings focus on each areas issues and if this one gains enough interest it will be focusing on both Home and Vehicle security with in depth information on the measures you can take to help yourselves. Products on show and demonstrations to help those understand better where best to spend, but also to see if we can incorporate successful projects such as street watch and WhatsApp groups.
If we can get a good solid number attending then it can only benefit the Village we live in and make it a less attractive option for thieves.

... How do people of Studley feel about a Security Advice Meeting ?
This would be carried out by a family run home security business who reside in Studley. Ways to Properly secure your Home and vehicles against unwanted visitors... We have been hearing about Van's being broken into and potentially houses being targeted. We don't want our lovely village to be targeted like other areas have been. Quite frequently, people will not hesitate to spend a lot of money on a new drive for example but have a £2.50 or 10 year old plus lock "securing " their family and haven. Will be interesting to hear your thoughts.
