To all potential customers : please be aware that this company will sell you something (on ebay) that they don't even have in stock. Then they will promise delivery. When it does not arrive they blame human error and ask you to wait anything up to a month for new stock. If you ring and complain you get insulted.... customer service is one of the poorest I have ever had the misfortune to receive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this shop I ordered a bivvy and it was supposed to come on Fri it's now supposed to be coming on Wednesday I phoned them to find out what was happening they said it was at UK mail local office in leeds where it has been since Fri I live 12 miles from the depot I asked for my money back and was told no and he put the phone down he said that I had my answer and said I was not talking civil well they had recorded the conversation they will see I was not rude just wanted a proper answer I will never use this shop again and would advise nobody else to
