Finally got round to creating a website. This is in it's infancy and there is still a lot I wish to add to it.
In the next few days I want to try and create a forum which will act as a way of people being able to go on and discuss all things lifting, life and if need be, getting things off their chest.
I will also be aiming to write weekly blogs again about lifting, life, and just whatever is on my mind.
... Lastly the website allows for an easier way of purchasing Phoenix Fitness Apparel rather than going through various social media's.

Really enjoyed editing this video. I’m lucky to live in a city which offers countless opportunities to film creative content.
I often get asked why I bother making YouTube videos, and the answer is always the same. Because I enjoy creating/editing videos and then sharing them with people, albeit a very very small niche audience of people.
In this video I briefly talk about what I like to do when I’m faced with the mental challenges and stresses of everyday life and in this ...case, dealing with injuries which are affecting my prep for the British Championships.
