I am now open at 8AM three days a week (Monday,Tuesday,Thursday) for Felixstowe academy students with broken iphones they can be dropped in before school and be picked up all repaired after school 😃

What a fantastic company run by an amazing chap. After damaging my phone at the weekend I contacted Fabian who even offered to fix it on the Sunday! I made the decision to wait until Monday and all I can say is WOW,!

What amazing service it was fixed within an hour, not three weeks like I'd been advised by somewhere else! Now this might not be a major thing for many but as a mum with a special needs child my phone is VERY Important. I also use it daily for my work with Guide dogs; so I needed top quality service as well as a speedy repair. I got it all at Techsmart!

We had a fault with our Xbox yesterday and Fabian fixed it very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended Thank you

Thanks for tech smart ,took my I pad in this afternoon because I couldn't get it to turn off , and it wouldn't do anything in just a few minutes Fabian had fixed the problem, highly recommended.

Replaced the screen on my iPhone, very quick and even stayed open for me to pick it up past half 5!

Over the months, Techsmart have fixed numerous thing for me, including iPhones, active speakers, subwoofers and even vintage speakers. It’s great to have such a diverse resource on the doorstep. Techsmart are great value for money as well. I will continue to support Techsmart with my custom.

My iPhone 7 Plus camera stopped working after I dropped it. I went in to tech smart in the afternoon and he replaced the camera and I collected at 5:30. Very fast and pretty cheap too! Highly recommend.

It's no surprise that Fabian's last name is 'Cook'. He continues to 'cook' up a storm in repairs and it really makes you ponder what he 'cooks' up in the kitchen as well. Please can you share your fabulous repair recipes?

I stupidly formatted my camera memory card and lost my photos I sent text to Fabian can you do anything he said yes bring it in . I did he got them all back stupid mistake won't do that again quick and helpful and deliverd to my door thank you Techsmart

I liked the fact that Fabian doesn’t give in at the first hurdle. Finally found what was wrong with my laptop. Saved us forking out for a new one Can’t thank him enough.

I had a couple of scratches on my iPhone 7 plus and it required a new screen.



Fabian charged me £40 less than Apple and not only included a tempered glass screen, but it was completed within a couple of hours.

Can't recommend this company enough! After my daughter decided to put my iPhone in her water table (no idea how long it was in there either) it wouldn't switch back on so I thought I'd lost all my photos of her from the last 6+months but techsmart retrieved all my data.
