I would like to say a huge thank you to Claire,(I'm sorry I don't know your last name but hope you get to read this), for calling me back more than once and the excellent customer service from you after I had a few problems with my delivery at the weekend and past deliveries. You have restored faith that Tesco actually do care about their customers. A big thank you to Claire the home grocery delivery manager. X

Coming from a Tesco in Banbury where I was employed as a cashier I found the service I had very good and the cashier very pleasant and helpful. I would love to work there as everyone I spoke to I found to be do friendly.

User

The store itself was ok but the restaurant was total rubbish from the staff interest and ability to the poor quality and delivery / appearance of the food. Its about time Tesco got this sorted, Sainsbury's have!!

User

I hate the weekly shop, but as far as superstores go this is a decent one. Staff friendly and helpful, good choice, well stocked, prices as good as it gets these days. What more to say? It's a shop. A pretty good shop!

This is a First , Had to order my delivery Xmas big shop from Asda this year as there are no spaces left with Tesco . Must say Asda shop was easy to do online and looks like it may be cheaper to , so thank you Tesco for not being able to deliver my Xmas groceries.

Great shop however getting in and out of the car park = NIGHTMARE...

User

Shop is good. Some of the staff need improvement such as customer service women (long dark hair, glasses) should be kept out back, very rude women. Worst I have encountered on a CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. Also the women (older short glasses) on self service couldn't crack a smile, maybe needs to retire! I don't speak for all the staff, it's just a few that let the others down! Both these staff made me feel uncomfortable. Terrible experience

Out of the last 10 times I've been to Tesco all the one lane of disabled car spaces were full ! I think it disgusting that you ONLY have ONE lane for blue badges! I can not walk far at all so if I can't get close to shop doors then I have to go and do shopping at Asda in Chandlers Ford where there are quite a few more blue badge bays of which I've always found an empty one no problem!

I live 1 mile from Tesco Bursledon & would much prefer to shop there but you do not provide enough disabled bays!

User

I have used the click and collect service for ages and have always had great service, especially from the ladies on Sunday. I have never had trouble getting a slot and my shopping has always been ready. A few minor problems have been easily and quickly rectified.

All in all I'm a happy customer - or at least I was! I was not happy to receive an email telling me that I am now to be charged for collecting my shopping. The excuse from Tesco is that it will provide me with more flexibility! So come on Tesco - explain to me how exactly my service is going to improve? And why I need more 'flexibility'? The cynical part of me suspects that this is just an excuse to get more money from me. Unless you can prove me wrong.....?

Bit disgusted with bursledon Tesco

Parent and baby bays are hard to come but as it is let alone needing one when u are 9 days over and have two other little ones when you then see a Tesco van blocking two bays when the van area is empty. We spoke to customer services about it who said they would move it ASAP as shouldn't of been there guess what hour later still their !!!!

User

The cafe is awful, from the limited food to the customer service, the woman serving just did not care. Burseldon towers tescos has always been the worst.

User

Thank you Tesco for texting me 2 hours before I'm due to collect my shopping that you have cancelled my order! Shopping I need today but don't have time to physically shop for) which is why I ordered it)! Could this not have been transferred to another store? Is a £10 voucher really sufficient???

User

Not impressed with Tesco today looking for Christmas food for my daughter from the gluten free range to find they have no pear pies anymore . They have also put the price up of there gluten free Kiev’s to £3 per box when it was 2 for £3

User

Just tried to buy cheese topped baps from the Bakery and was told by the Duty Manager, "we are not making them today as the weather has hit a barmy 17 degrees and we are concentrating on our core lines because of BBQs",

So I gather from that no one ever puts a burger in a cheese topped bap???.

Amazing they had some out on Wednesday when it was 30 degrees

Just got back from Tescos pharmacy. Pretty appalled at the lack of customer service I received. I arrived with 2 young children, my 18 month old needed a prescription as she is poorly.

After waiting for her prescription I begin to leave the shop. Cut a long story short she fell over and so as I grabbed her I dropped her medicine and the bottle smashed, whilst also trying to keep eyes on my 4 year old.

As I approached the pharmacy with one hand carrying back the smashed bottle and the medicine pouring out, I have my 18 month old in my other hand.

I spoke to the lady behind the till who said I needed to wait for the pharmacist who was dealing with another customer- fair enough.

I wait and wait until the pharmacist is ready only to inform me he cannot put another prescription through for me unless I paid or got another prescription from my GP. I understand this despite it being incredibly inconvenient. So I’m still standing there with a smashed leaking glass bottle and my youngest swinging round with no spare hands.

No offer of help was given to take away the smashed bottle - I had to make a point of asking for them to take it from me, to which I was met with a surprised look of disgust.

Seriously, you could see I was struggling with this broken glass bottle, trying to debate whether I could pay for it with no cash on me or ring the GP on zero signal, whilst thinking she desperately needs this medicine and how bad I felt because I messed it up and now she has to wait until tomorrow to get her meds whilst keeping hold of her and watching my son.

User

If I could add photos I would. 2 weeks in a row I've not been able to buy fresh leeks, cabbage and broccoli. Looked like it had seen better day. Limp yellow leave of the leeks and cabbage all wrinkled. Also undyed smoked haddock was out of stock on the fish counter again. Went and bought the rest of my goods and went to sainsburys on the way home. Your fruit and veg team need to go to specsavers if they think anyone would want to pay full price for limp veg. Also your till operative was yawning away. Asked if she'd been working long shift and she'd only just started. Will be taking a visit to hilliers in the morning. Shocking!!! Sort it out for next week please.

User

I would just like to say how appalled I was with the store tonight

Trying to do a weekly shop was a nightmare

Cages and crates all over the shop floor

Staff stood around having a chat

Fruit and veg section very poor (stock wise )

No choice of bread rolls

Customer service and cigarette kiosk staff reading a mag and only noticed me when I coughed to get some attention

Had to go to another supermarket to get the items I could not get in my visit at your store

After a long day at work this is not what I expect at all from my local 24 hr supermarket

User

I bought a 30 pound sunbed dark blue with white stripes today at about 11 OK can't wait to leave where I am and take it back the worse off everything I've ever had metal back supports stop to soon dig in my back no Wrexham where head is so cushion falls straight through the chair I'm fuming now I have to go to the bother of returning it there were none on display in take this is why if you saw it properly and tried it you wouldn't buy it waste of time and money

User

Absolutely shocking delivery service today to the point where I will not use Tesco again. 10 minutes late after letting the driver know and she refused to deliver...200 yards from our door and rude!! Retrain your staff-I’ve waited in many times when you’ve been over an hour late with my delivery a bit of give and take?!

The store itself was ok but the restaurant was total rubbish from the staff interest and ability to the poor quality and delivery / appearance of the food. Its about time Tesco got this sorted, Sainsbury's have!!

Not impressed with Tesco today looking for Christmas food for my daughter from the gluten free range to find they have no pear pies anymore . They have also put the price up of there gluten free Kiev’s to £3 per box when it was 2 for £3

Doesn't make sense
