That's to the team working in click and collect this evening I had both my children with me and was on an undercover "Santa" mission to get black ops 3 without my son spotting it, so they kindly distracted my son showing him the other games and DVDs while I grabbed it and ran to pay for it ..... Black ops ✔️ son had no idea .... Mission complete ..... Thank you and Merry Christmas from a grateful mum !! X

I went here for my training, the staff were incredibly friendly and the store was stocked with some great products 😊

I use the store almost weekly and yesterday I lost my mini mascot in store , he fell out of my bag! The staff were most helpful, and I am still hopeful they will help me find him and return to his much loved home and owner! He even has his own Facebook Page, chimpyworldwide.

I collected my click & collect grocery order on Monday morning between 10-12 and I would just like to say I was extremely grateful for the help from your warehouse man who brought the crates out for me.. With me being 9 months pregnant he was very friendly and helped me with the lower crates so as for me not to bend down and cause myself any damage or discomfort and asked if I would like any help packing.. The customer service I received was amazing and I will continue using this service.. Thank you so much �

Went for a few bits yesterday, firstly the toilets were out of use n a large sign reading toilets closed due to a major blockage....surely someone could have worded it better!! so no chance of having a big drink In the cafe...then the escalators weren't working n a sign again major breakage.....so we went by lift....only one person serving on hot food n had to queue.... Found a table that wasn't covered in dirty crockery n I counted ten tables that needed clearing of dirty plates......surely you employ staff more than one cook one server n one cashier???? wasn't the best experience we ve had n didn't start our day off very well.....let's hope next visit has working toilets, working escalators n staff In the restaurant.....

Arrived at the restaurant at 2.30, not cooking anything not even kids meals. Because they close at 3, although staff say they stop cooking at 2. Website say's 4pm closing, wall of restaurant say's 3.30!! No-one knows their arse from their elbow. Shop doesn't close till 4. Staff attitude stinks. Shame on you tesco

if i could rate this no stars i would. I bought a sandwich from here (in date) i ate half of it and then realised it was absolutely filled with mould. When i reported it to the customer care department they offered me £5 as good will gesture yes thank you although this has now caused me to vomit due to the sandwich having mouldy meat inside. The customer care was awful and so is the stock management at this place.

What is the point of paying £7 for the delivery slot if Tesco fails to deliver within the time frame on regular basis? And when you call to ask for your own money back, they refuse, giving you all this crap about how it was not too long after the slot. That is besides the point, I paid for service that I have not received. Tesco is gradually putting their prices up but the actual customer services is moving in the opposite direction. Staff members like Dean Evans should be explained the basics of customer service. Is Tesco that hard done by, that you feel the need of conning your customers of their money?

Very unhappy!! Filled car up with petrol on Sunday. Ever since I have had endless problems with my car resulting in it breaking down and bring towed to a garage in which now is going to cost me £££ to fix. No problems with my car before filling up!! Am sure I'm not the first person to complain about the rubbish fuel being sold here!

Thought I'd share this. Made a purchase to tesco online with a voucher which said use in store or online by 29th. So I did on the 29th. However when picking up shopping they refused the voucher as it doesn't get taken off until the next day!!!!!!

Hold on it says by 29th. There are no t and c s about coming out next day and doesn't say visit online for t and c'. It may only be a few quid but this is quite clearly mis leading so be careful. Never think about escalating as its not worth your time as your basically told to fuck off in a polite way.

It was my miss fortune to give this store another chance to win back my custom. I'm sorry to say you failed yet again. I really don't think I have ever received such bad service at a checkout.

My shopping was being scanned and shoved down the checkout whilst I was still unloading my trolley needless to say this left no space to pack any bags. The cashier never once made any eye contact or any attempt at communication. Even when I turned to my partner and said within ear shot of the cashier this is the reason I don't shop at Tesco's. I myself work in retail and I know that if I ever treated a customer in this manner I would be instantly disciplined.

Sad to say I will not be returning again.

If I could award no stars I would. However there was a single star there and that was the young lad who served my partner and I. He was polite, courteous and most helpful.



However all the aisle's were blocked with cages, whilst staff stood around in small groups chatting. There was loads and loads of empty shelves, where a few feet away the items to replenish these shelves stood. The hygiene of the store was disgraceful too. There were many many Christmas favourites not available such as seasonal Pâté's and Brandy Snaps.



I have to say apart from the lad that served us the majority of the staff visible were nothing short of rude. For instance I asked a few members of staff for the location of where I could find items and they either got the answer completely wrong or as happened told me they were to busy to find out. I also encountered something I found completely unacceptable and that was staff with ear phones in either listening to music or talking on their phones, so when asked for help, they didn't hear so couldn't. It would be nice too if you tried to get through a gap a member of staff gave way to the customer rather than force them backwards or out the way.



As for the rest of the Tesco's shopping experience at the Meadows, well it was more Pants than Mr Pants from Pants who was feeling Pants dressed in fancy dress as a pair of pants.

I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member.



My aunty visited this store. Whilst at the 'self service' lane a security officer went over and accused her of shop lifting. 1. My aunty was still in the shop so how could that possibly be classed as shop lifting?? This security officer escorted her to a back office where they conducted a search, absolutely nothing was found, my aunty, now very upset and flustered, repeated herself again and again "look at the cctv, show me what I have stolen" no cctv was viewed, no items had been stolen. My aunty was then told that she was banned from the store for 6 months and received a fine in the post Saturday.



So tesco and your security staff, a very good explanation would be helpful.

I took my 3 year old to the cafe as a special treat for going dry they the night. We got there to find NO HOT FOOD. There was nothing to tell us this eg. Signs etc... try explaining to a 3 yr old that we have to go elsewhere! It was a massive anti climax. Very poor! I couldn't even get a toasted crumpet. We then went to the toy dept to compensate for the lack of dinner and found the shelves very poorly stocked indeed. Poor.

Have to say immensely annoyed after my experiences with this store. Took my brownies on your farm to fork trail in JUNE and was promised the challenge badges (that went with the trail) for them the next week. Have since been ignored by the lady who was supposed to be ordering them at every turn. It is nearly 8 MONTHS later and I've heard nothing. I've called the customer care line 5 times and been told 'they'll look into it and call me back' every time and get back to me - no response. Have been put through to the duty managers who say the lady will get back to me the same day- nothing. Angry is an understatement. I have 24 very upset children who just want their badges, and they have an extremely angry leader and ex-Employee of the store who is tried of being messed around.

Ate in the cafe- well i tried to. After a 10 min wait to be served there were no soft drinks available. I ordered a toasted sandwich which took 15 mins to make but was anemic and not melted on the inside. Till staff were rude too. I left and went to sainsburys to do the food shopping!

Amazed at how disgusting the tables where today three managers taking photo and talking about it and one lady doing her best shame the managers today could not clean up and get there hand dirty
