Took a coat back as was faulty, I had no receipt. Luckily they had one left in my daughter's size, they exchanged it no problem. Great service

Just popped into Tesco to get a few bits n bobs. A task that I find really hard to do as I can't push a trolley or even walk particularly well at the moment with hip problems and due to have a baby in 4 weeks. A lovely chap called DC who was working could see me waddling and struggling and took my basket, helped me do my shop, packed it, put it in the car for me and showed me pictures of his wife and young boy and said he knows how I'm feeling. It has made a great day even better. Thank you DC at Tesco's �

Just popped by 2 grab some bits on way back home to the Midlands & popped toilets 1st before I started my shop....was shocked when I walked in!! Wow I’m amazed by how clean the ladies toilets are!! Iv not long got back from Dubai & they were as clean as the 5* hotel toilets!! Best public toilet Iv been 2 in a supermarket in the uk I would say tbh!! Well done guys I’m well impressed! 👍🏽

Great big store better after refit shame they did not add burton and a car wash but it is a good store where you can get everything under one roof

As part of my weekly shop today I bought fillet steak...when I got home a bit later and unpacked my shopping my fillet steak was nowhere to be seen. I'd thought that I must have left it at the check out...worth going back to see if it was still there (not cheap after all! ) Went to customer services, they confirmed that someone had found it in the car park (I must have dropped it). They had thrown it away due to the time it had been out there, but they gave me another, bigger piece without even asking #greatcustomerservice

It was as Tesco as Tesco can be. Member of staff told me off for letting my toddler walk on the floor as "God only knows what's on it." And staff watched me select pick and mix for my children as if I was planning to steal it. Got a great deal on some salmon though.

I just went into Swindon to fill my car up with some petrol at the Tesco petrol station and decided to stop off for a quick coffee in the restaurant. It was ok but the service was very slow.

Not anlot to say except the place was croded with screaming kids running riot. Pallets of stuff dumped with only a handful of people working them. Stuff dumped all over the place. Empty shelves, just empty trays! Not a pleasant experience at all!

It’s a shame as I used to use this Tesco a lot but now I have twins I find it so hard to come here if they are with me. As I’ve asked many times at the front desk for the double toddler trolleys to not be out with the normal ones as last week the closest double one had to have 9! Single trolleys moved out the way before I could get to the one I needed. You have all the other types of trolleys all together why not these ones. I no won’t be using this store again because of having so many issues and people not listening to what I have to say

Breakfast at Tesco's

Not good to be honest. £8.20 for bigger breakfast & black coffee (americano, no filter coffee)

Rectangular plate, at least is was a plate I suppose, not a good start.

Poor quality anaemic sausages, beans swimming in sauce, over cooked fried eggs, thin under cooked hash browns. 3 rashers of decent bacon & fried bread or toast option are the plusses.

Didn't see any extras on offer.

Didn't want the tomato, no alternative offered.

Cheap & nasty in everything except price.



A one off for me �

😂😂😂went to the caffe looking for a good place for Sunday morning breakfast. Stopped going to it when it was giraffe as it was terrible. Went yesterday for lunch. Terrible. Can't be bothered with a list as we won't go again. Just one exsample a caffe that runs out of vinegar. Hello your in a Tesco store. Mmm bizarre

Yet another disastrous online food shop where they think it’s acceptable to send you fresh meat that runs out the next day (even though you specify them not to pick if the use by is within a certain timescale). Don’t seem to be able to follow instructions either put on my shopping - seems like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after weeks and weeks of problems!

Thought we would do the shopping late evening but never again the absolute worst experience only 3 customers in the queue in front of us and we were still nearly an hour at the checkout that bad had to put all the frozen goods back because it was starting to defrost

So angry with Tesco right now!! Ordered three toys for our little one for Christmas, two got delivered to our local Tesco store in Lyneham the third missing, cost almost £20 quid checked my email to find tescos had 'made a mistake' and refunded me £3.08 with no explanation as to why the item wasn't delivered and why I wasn't offered an alternative gift and why I did not receive the full refund.... some would say this is classed as theft

Really bad experience today, did the scan as you shop like I usually do. Had my toddler with me in the trolley with me,went to pay and had been selected for a random scan check.. fine it happens. But I then asked about a promotional offer that didn't subtract on the end. The lady who had burnt her finger on her break then took one of the items to check the promotion whilst the other lady who had suddenly appeared said she would also check the offer... but oukdnt leave the tills on there own, so I went and got the shelf sticker to show it was on offer, only to be told no it wasn't... neither of the women knew how to price modify so I juat told them to take the items off.. the poor woman was on her own on the tills and panicked so I then went and spoke to who I thought was a team leader to be told she's short staffed and couldn't do anything about it.... all of this took about 20 mins all whilst my toddler in the trolley was getting very wound up!! I thought the scan as u shop was meant to be the quick way!!!



What happened to que busters, Asda seem to have it sussed!! Will be very reluctant to go into store again.

Just tried to buy a PS4 game, latest release at £40, says on the case 'go to click & collect'. The station isn't manned, you take a ticket, 5 minutes later no sign. We finally find a member of staff and she tells us that it's changed and we need to go to the lady between tills 19 and 20, we stand there for another couple of minutes and there's no sign of anyone. A member of staff walked past ignoring us, so we decided to leave the shop and go spend our £40 elsewhere....

I went into this so called store to buy a new tablet I took one of the many boxes on show and took it up to the till, the young lad then went out the back to look.after a short period he came back and said they were out of stock and you could not order it as they had nothing left. Well why don't any body take them off the display at put a out of stock note on it and the reply was its not my department. No wonder this store is going down hill severe lack of training and customer service.

Drove to Tesco supposed to be a 24 hour store but yet you can’t go upstairs and buy clothes after 8pm apparently! How ridiculous staff aren’t all that helpful either won’t be returning anytime soon!

Crap service from very rude woman in wet fish counter - cod do better.
