Tesco Superstore

Was looking for a tent but it seemed thay had all gone found Andy he spent some time looking and in the end he managed to find one so a massive thanks so now we can go on holiday.

Thank you to the till supervisor and customer services for going to get me nappies out the warehouse to make up the fantastic offer!

I love coming to this store. All the staff are always friendly and a right laugh

This store has developed a disgusting smell over the last few months it is awful and smells sewage as you walk in near the food area and magazines drifts all over the store now what is it x

Confusing set out store, doesn’t flow very well, seen better Tesco metros than this store

As soon as we walked into the store we got an unwelcome look of the security guard. After we paid for our food my friend wanted to buy some extra slim filters so Linda who works there, ID'd him at the kiosk with no issues, then took us to the self service checkouts and then asked me for ID which she could of done before taking us to the opposite end of the shop and I wasn't the one buying them so saw no reason for me to be ID'd. Without causing a fuss, i went to the car to get my passport to show i was of age then walked back into tesco to buy them myself but then was still refused to be served. Sour faced 'Linda', was rude and unapologetic towards me and my friend therefore shan't be returning to this store for as long as Linda keeps her awful job. Moving on, whilst we were eating our food, we had the unfortunate experience of witnessing staff smoking and spitting outside of the store. Awful staff, awful salad, soggy grapes and slaggy linda.

Strong one, but went in to Tescos tonight, grabbed some fuel, and a couple bits in the big shop. Went to CUSTOMER SERVICE desk, And left feeling angry due to a simple request being denied by the CUSTOMER SERVICE lady. Which in all would of made her life easier. I deal with customers day in day out and the request of, "can I give you the right money",should not be an issue. But for this member of staff it clearly was. Request made before the till was even open. We all try to smile and do our best for customers, even after a long shitty day. Not once have I got a smile out of that rude lady, she is just as blunt and basic everytime and honestly, something so simple has made me not want to go back and shop there. It's customer service. Not customer I can't be bothered.
