Tesco Superstore

Thank you to the lovely staff who came to my rescue after my 3 month old had a meltdown midway round the store while I had my 3 year old as well! They emptied my trolley then packed my shopping. She was asleep before we left the car park!

Could not fault staff at this store. I was rushing around trying to get some shopping after work when I dropped my purse. Went to go to the till and realised I didnt have it in my bag anymore. I frantically rushed around trying to find it but had no luck when I saw the security guard taking it to the customer service desk. He was very polite when returning it and I honestly couldn't thank the lady enough who found it (also worked at the store) today was my payday and I would have been screwed without my purse!! Honestly can't thank the staff enough for their kindness!

Cold food ordered on click and collect not given to us. Telephoned customer services, cold order life dated and delivered to our home address within an hour of contacting them. Excellent customer service, thank you!!!�

The mess around your clothes bank was shocking with a pile of clothes and plastic bags just chucked in the corner, looked like it had been there weeks...disgusting!!
