When Ola calls you a princess when you walk through the supermarket doors soaked wet through & wearing a hoodie... That man should get a medal. Thank you Ola!!! You made my day xxx

We came into your store this evening and at check out the till broke so we had to re-scan everything. As annoying as that was, your lovely staff decided to give us free flowers and a bottle of prosecco as an apology which was very much appreciated � we don't know the ladies name but she was one of the team leaders so thank you to her for being so generous x

This had fast become my favourite superstore - purely because your Security guard is so welcoming, and always smiling! Brightens up even the worst of days, always hands me a shopping basket or pays a lovely compliment. If he somehow reads these - please never leave, you make so many people's day a little bit better.

The gentleman that just greeted me today about 10 minutes ago needs some absoloutely huge recognition. His smile is so infectious and literally changed my whole outlook on today. Was working when I visited so couldn't stop and tell him myself. Please pass it on.

He pointed out the free 'eat while you shop fruit' - and the fabulous customer service continued throughout the store - every member of staff seemed to be smiling and happy - that's so nice to see. I came to your store (Whiteley, Fareham) this evening with my 6 week old to pick up a few items this evening. Unfortunately when I went through the self service tills my daughter started crying, one of your colleagues - Debbie came straight over to help me, she helped me put my items through and pack them back into the trolley, helped me scan and sort my coupons and also intermittently tried to soothe my baby whilst I was paying etc. She made what could have been a stressful situation a lot better by helping out without a second thought. Please pass on my thanks.

FAB day with Adam Reeds and Angela Peckham who raised £405.59 on static bikes, cycling at Whitley Tesco, who donated sweets for the kids and were great hosts, even the security guard had a turn cycling!!

Can I just say that the Security Guard yest (Mon 6/6/16) Was the happiest, loveliest guy! He welcomed everybody coming into the store and Thanked everyone leaving! Made my Mon that's for sure Great Customer Service and hope he is praised for his great work!

A shout out to your lovely member of staff Karina, who not only packed my bags but loaded them back into the trolley for me too! As I was shopping with my 7 week old daughter strapped to me in her carrier, this was very much appreciated, thank you!

Popped in yesterday as a family member had spotted a photo of our son, who took part in the farm to fork experience with his Beavers group! He had an amazing time and got over his fear of holding a dead fish! He was also impressed by the staff canteen! Hoping that Tesco's will now e.mail us with the photo for a keep sake!
