Test Valley Borough Council Description

We are an ambitious, innovative and optimistic council. Our new Corporate Plan, Growing Our Potential, is focused on how we can build upon the strengths of the borough and its communities to improve the quality of live across Test Valley.

The Corporate Plan sets out our priorities, providing the direction and focus for our activities and guiding the allocation of resources over the next four years. It also outlines the impact we hope to make as a result of our actions, so that we can demonstrate to residents how we are working towards our vision to improve the quality of life in Test Valley and be an organisation of excellence.

A free sports-filled family fun day is taking place at Knightwood Leisure Centre next month! ⚽
Activities including table tennis, football and an outdoor gym will all be available on August 10, from 11am until 4pm. There's no need to book, just turn up! 🏋️

Our Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) arrangements are in place and our out of hours service is via 01264 368000.
Anyone experiencing homelessness can find shelter while SWEP is activated.
Dene Court, Andover, is currently open from 11am to 3.30pm for those who need to use showers and spend time out of the sun during the summer heat. There will also be cold drinks and sandwiches available.

A man has been ordered to pay more than £400 after failing to pay an initial fine for littering.
After being issued an £80 fixed penalty notice, Jason Smallbone, of Basingstoke, failed to pay and after a council investigation, was then made to pay more than £400 in court.
