We entered a competition on facebook and won a package, half day pass with treatments. What a lovely day it was! The full body scrub was amazing followed by a massage, loved the whole experience, all the staff were lovely to my mum who came along to look after my baby whilst i enjoyed the day as im breastfeeding and hes unable to take a bottle. They made sure she had plenty of water and magazines. Will 100% be booking to come back again. Thank you ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

I had a mid week spa day here yesterday and would highly recommend it. Staff were super friendly and the facilities were great value for money as the price included a half hour massage which most places are extra. Made a whole day of it with lunch on the terrace will definitely be back!

I am a member here and love it! The staff are always polite and friendly, the manager (I think) always happy to have a chat. The equipment has a great balance of machines and free weights so I can get the most out of my S&C. IŌĆÖm yet to have any treatments but post tour may need some so will review again then ’┐Į

Had the entire spa to ourselves...... for half hour but still it was lovely. Clean pool and friendly staff. The afternoon tea was awesome with some fantastic cakes and a lovely environment to eat it. Highly recommend

I had a lovely day here yesterday for my friends hen party, just a little disappointed by my 20 min spa treament, don't get me wrong it was amazing but for ┬Ż45 could of been a bit longer, all the other facilities were available to us but we were there to relax not use the gym, I'm not the one to complain as I wouldn't want to ruin my friends day x

Recently went on a hen spa day here and i was really disappointed! The pool was very cold and the jacuzzi was freezing! Was booked in for a 30 minute massage that only lasted 15!! I was very disappointed!

Oh dear ! The Spa was part of a Spa and Afternoon tea Experience. Probably one of the worst spa's I've been to. We were given a towel, no flip flops, when we asked for a robe, we were told that they were only for people having treatments, but we were given one, but without a belt. There were only 5 loungers and a few uncomfortable chairs around the very small poolside. Three of the loungers were occupied by a rather overamourous couple, who really needed to get a room, just embarrassing. Only one of the Rainforest showers was working and it was freezing. The Jacuzzi pool was cold and very small, again occupied for quite a time by another amourous couple. We swam and used the Steam room. No magazines to read, no water dispenser. The afternoon tea was lovely. But the spa, if you can call it that, was a real let down
