Did you see us and our colleagues at this year's Rainbow Run for Children’s Hospice South West? We predicted it was going to get messy and we weren't wrong.
We were on the blue paint station and there were definitely some smurf look-a-likes going around afterwards!

Colleagues at this store and nine others in the area will we be at one of the paint stations and taking part running. We're not sure who is looking forward to it more!

Colleagues from across the local area joined forces to support Children's Hospice South West they sorted, tidied and priced the day away at Charlton Farm and two of their stores.

Last year, in our area we raised just under £5,000 for six different charities. Do you know a special cause in need of our support?
A total of 18 stores in our area are looking for a new charity partner. Together with all of our sister stores in Bristol and North Somerset, we are delighted that 18 new bikes are on their way to @CHSW1991 and the families they support. Southern Co-op challenged its colleagues to raise as much money as possible for their local charity partner in #CharityAwarenessWeek and Bristol and Somerset colleagues smashed it by raising more than £1,000! 👏
The amount raised in Bristol and Somerset was added together with all of the Southern Co-op’s retail stores and funeral homes in the south of England to make a fundraising total of £30,000!
The overall charity pot from all stores/funeral homes was boosted by £20,000 fr...om Southern Co-op - with £10,000 each going to the charity partner of the retail store and funeral home that raised the most money between 23rd-29th July!
Giving a grand total of £50,000 raised by Southern Co-op colleagues in one week for over 100 charity partners across the south coast! 😍
We couldn't be prouder of all our colleagues who took part and we can't wait to beat this amount next year 😏
