Hi I'm Vicki - I qualified with ITEC as a reflexologist in 2013. I've had a love of reflexology since a child. My Grandmother was a practising reflexologist in Spain until she passed away. I was brought up with reflexology and decided to train myself - I wish I'd done it years ago, I've never looked back. Since qualifying in 2013 I continue to add to my knowledge through more courses. I joined the association of reflexologist (you can find me on their website so you know you're in safe hands). I am mum to two children plus two teenage step children.

What is reflexology ?

The sole of the foot acts as a map of the body representing zones and pathways. By applying pressure and using massage techniques to these areas helps to clear blockages and promote well-being.
Reflexology has many benefits including; reducing stress and encouraging relaxation; helps with pain relief; improves circulation; improved immune system; manipulates the foots joints, muscles and ligaments; balances the whole system (homeostasis) encouraging the body to heal itself; revitalises energy; offers human touch and interaction.

Reflexology is an hours treatment plus an initial consultation and specific after care advice. The total cost is £30 per treatment and is carried out in a log cabin at my home.
