We had a lovely afternoon at this pub. Rebecca was a great bartender and made sure we had a fab time. Would highly recommend The Grapes to tourist looking for a fun pub experience!

We had a great afternoon/evening in the Grapes. We bumped into old friends who we have not seen for 10 years and went to the Grapes for a drink. Bar staff were friendly and they even put a footy match that we wanted to watch on the screen even though Man U were playing. Thank you. My hubby also dropped his bank card by accident and a security guy returned it to hiim straight away. Nice outdoor area with late afternoon sun initially and then seats inside for the footy. Perfect.

There none alcoholic cocktail are amazing, staff are always nice. Shame they don't do pub grub.

The Grapes has always been a place that my late wife and I loved. The manager & his other half have always been good to us and became good friends. The actual owners are lovely people too. If you have to wait to get served, that's because its a good pub with very good beer and good atmosphere.

Really nice place for a social drink and catch up with friends, went yesterday after work, sat outside, was pleasant and wine tasted nice

Love it the room was so fresh and clean plenty of tea and coffee. Paul Holmes book us in again we loved it xxx

When I arrived Dan was a professional bar gentleman. When he left the lady who took over was dreadful. I waited at the bar and politely asked to be served. She ignored this customer. Unacceptable. I over heard some lies about me from a customer who is barred everywhere else who dared to say my titles are by deed poll. It is illegal to use a title in a change of name. So my driving licence and my university ID are fake? I am used to this by substandard staff. I expect them to be dismissed.

Waited in an overcrowded pub for 15 minutes to try to get a drink where the bar staff only seemed interested in gassing or serving their mates left in disgust, thirsty and unhappy.

Shocking slow service, bar staff looking miserable mid afternoon.
