This will be running till the end of September and you can do it as many times as you like. Longest time for Male and female will win a prize. 🏅 The toughest hang time of our site will receive 6 months free DO IT membership, for Male and female contenders. We are also competing against the other The Gyms in our region and will have a years LIVE IT membership for ...the overalls across the region. The rules: 1️⃣must record/film your attempt if not recorded by a PT. Either post it to Facebook and tag our page in the video or Make sure you keep it as proof if you are the winner. 2️⃣ Must hang down from our pull up bar at the front of the gym or one of the functional with straight arms. 3️⃣ time stops as soon as foot touches the floor, you use support in any other way or you let go of both hands. Our PTs and managers will also be competing with the other gyms as well. To prove who has the best/most competitive gym from members to management!
