The Lost Kitchen’s ethos is to use the best possible ingredients with provenance. We aim to find this as locally as we can, following thorough research, supplier visits and tastings. We are passionate about sourcing quality, local, fresh ingredients, with traceability. We love food that springs from seasonally inspired dishes created using only the best, carefully and locally sourced natural ingredients enhanced by with edible flowers, herbs and heritage vegetable varieties from the area local to our kitchen cafe. We are inspired by and respectful of the produce we work with and appreciate its exceptional taste and quality’ so are proud to present these ingredients for our diners to enjoy. In turn, the small farmers and artisan producers who grow and make the ingredients benefit from our support – a virtuous circle which we are passionate in continuing to add reputable quality suppliers of delicious food.
