We are The Lunch Lounge, an independent café-restaurant located in the heart of Southampton’s business quarter, close to Ocean Village & the City Centre.

Our aim is to ensure that local people have somewhere to go for good, honest, food and coffee!

We know that people are busy and need somewhere that is reliable and they can trust, so we cook homemade, good quality and healthy food on our own premises. We offer consistency in the quality of our food and produce as well as in the service we provide.

We know how important to enhance our communities and support local businesses, so support local traders and sustainably sourced products.

Come and visit us from 7. 00am for breakfast, for lunch or coffee until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Our venue is also available for hire for parties /corporate events /meetings. We also provide a catering service, either for events on our premises or external events.
