Are you looking for a warm and welcoming place to hold a Business Meeting, Social Event or Wedding Reception? Then look no further than the Royal Air Force Yacht Club!
Situated in the picturesque village of Hamble-Le-Rice the RAFYC has a long and traditional history having been set up in the 1932 by RAF seaplane pilots as somewhere to relax and enjoy all that the River Hamble and the nearby Solent have to offer.
Over the years our friendly little club has grown and now offers... a superb venue with great facilities that can be used for any event you may wish to hold.
The club has a fantastic bar and restaurant area with a large lawn area leading down to the river (particularly good for wedding marquees or any outdoor event) – all of which are available to hire.
Our excellent restaurant offers a superb catering service whether it be for private parties, corporate events or wedding receptions catering for all dietary requirements.
We also offer accommodation should you wish to stay after your event.

Battle of Britain Regatta - 14th to 16th September This year our Battle of Britain Regatta is carrying the RAF 100 theme, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Royal Air Force, we have an ambition to host a fleet of 100 boats!

... There is a full programme of shore side activities supporting the event with a beer festival starting Friday lunchtime running through to Sunday. Live Music and food are available over the weekend for race entrants, their crew, members of River Hamble Combined Clubs and visiting sailors.
