CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY. We would like to remind all Thomas austin clients of our salon policy's.
Please call within opening times on 02380448445 to make a booking we do not take online bookings via email, Instragram or Facebook. All new clients for colour can not book until they have had a consultation, skin test and suitability testing.... All new client bookings for all services require a deposit to secure the booking. We have a cancellation charge for all missed appointments this charge is 50% of the booking cost. All bookings must be cancelled by 10am the day before or by 5pm Saturday if you have at Tuesday appointment. This charge will be applyed to your next appointment and deposits will be lost if cancelled without suitable notice. We understand that things happen and cancellations have to happen but, our stylists time is valuable so please value it and take this in to account.
