Top service today!! Went in with a botched nose piercing and was very impressed with the service and advice I received.

Decided to have the other side done as the botched side is still healing, I was given advice and guidance right from the start they picked out the right bar for me and talked me through everything.. never going anywhere else again. I was also very pleased to find Sharon works there, she has tattooed me before in the past and helped design a fitting tribute for me so will be coming back again for more inking soon too � all round a good day �

Myself and my best friend went in for our matching tattoos. Been talking about it for years � it was our first time at timeless and it was amazing. They were so friendly, offered us tea or coffee and the actual studio was lovely. Clean and tidy and lots of interesting bits in the cabinets. Highly recommend x

My 11 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Dan. He was friendly, relaxed, professional and patient and she had a really good experience. Thank you! Highly recommended x

I’ve known of Sharon for years from previous shop, it is great to finally see her spread her wings and fly high. The shop is amazing and Sharon and Dan are always so welcoming � I always walk away happy, and smiling!!! And always wanting to go back. Plenty of coffee, lollipops and banter!!! I couldn't recommend Dan and Sharon enough! Having had my ears pierced and ruined elsewhere I decided to brave it and try again with Dan, with the past experience and being scared of needles it's safe to say I worked myself up a bit. But Dan was lovely, he calmed me down and talked me through the whole process all whilst making sure I felt comfortable. He was so good I've been back again since for piercings, I couldn't recommend him enough for everyone and anyone who like me was a bit nervous. Plus the aftercare Dan offers is fantastic �

Had my nose pierced last week very last minute I was accommodated in a lovely manner.. the experience was stress free and very reassuring.. Today I pulled it out and struggled to get it back in.. Called and explained what happened and was seen straight away and everything was dealt with correctly with it not being a problem at all Highly recommended

Had my first ever tattoo done and I have a anxiety disorder. I never been somewhere other then my own home that makes me feel so safe and welcomed . Spent all day there which was shocking for me . As I can normally cant stay more then 2 hours away from home .. this is how lovely this amazing duet is .. Dan and Sharon are amazing people .. ���thank you much ����

Got my first tattoo yesterday and to say I was nervous was an understatement. Both Sharon and Dan and were so welcoming, calming and reassuring which put me at ease and really made a difference to my experience. Sharon did such a great job with my tattoo and I love it. Will definitely be going back for more in the not so distant future!
