Aaaaabsolutely brilliant value. Ciello Rosso is Nero d’Avola, one of customers favourite grapes. Whereas other Sicilian examples can be somewhat overcooked and alcoholic, this is a sensible 12.5% with fresh acidity, yet still full of beautiful fruit and a Beaujolais esque floral note. Great, and only £8.49.

Pittville Pump Room looks lovely this time of year. Almost as lovely as it’ll be when it’s filled with our wines, spirits and Champagnes on the 30th of November...

Always buying the same wines? Want to step outside of your wine comfort zone? Then take a look at our 6-week Grape School! Classes will be held fortnightly on Tuesday nights between 7pm – 9pm in our fabulous Wine Library at 56 Andover Road, Cheltenham. In each session, you’ll get to know at least 6 grape varieties whilst tasting 8 – 10 wines.

Something a bit different in this week from French rum bottlers @bonplandrum, a blend of Caribbean rums assembled and finished in barrels previously holding Chardonnay. Lovely.

What a great library to join! Lovely evening on Saturday with good friends sampling a range of lovely wines in the wine library and then purchased a bottle to take out to a byo restaurant!

Really friendly and informative staff. Brilliant as always, would highly recommend.

Love this place - I used to go here when I lived in Cheltenham to get my wines and champagne. Now we live overseas, whenever we visit the UK this is where we go to get our wine!

I try to go here for booze rather than supermarkets when I can.
