New to our Hedge End Toddler Sense classes. Here is a little map to help you locate the venue and the 2 car parks. After you pass the 2000 centre driving up st JohnŌĆÖs Road on your left there is a play park and the Methodist church is opposite on the right (as you go up the hill from the village) there is a small sign. The entrance to the bigger car park is round the back on Granada Road (you will see the Toddler Sense van parked here). The entrance to the hall where Toddler Sense is held is down the alleyway to the side of the building. Helen will be there ready and waiting for you all ­¤śŖ

We hope you all had an had an amazing Easter break with your families! We all had little mini breaks with our families Charlene had a trip to Scotland and Helen & Faye both went to Cornwall (separate weeks). We were very lucky with the weather ­¤ī× ­¤śÄ What did you get up? We would love to hear if you had any day trips or longer trips away & see your pictures. We are all refreshed and ready to start our new term ­¤śŖ

Award winning classes for children aged 13 months to 4 years. Supporting your childŌĆÖs learning and development through adventure play.
Our Toddler Sense programme has been developed by Dr Lin Day and is specifically designed to met the developmental needs of toddlers. The main emphasis is on music, movement and mobility, with each class carefully planned to excite your childŌĆÖs imagination, to inspire learning, promote independence and support your childŌĆÖs coordination and ph...ysical development.
Each week has a unique theme, ensuring that your child will access a truly varied and stimulating learning experience, introducing them to a world of adventure!
Toddler Sense offers the perfect balance of free play in our adventure play area and structured activities led by one of our class leaders.
Every week is a new adventure and starts by welcoming you to a wonderful adventure play area, which is varied and themed each week. Some of the equipment you might find are tents, tunnels, soft play, balance equipment, a ball pit and bouncy castles!! All to help develop their gross motor skills, balance and coordination. As well as a chance to make new friends for you and your little one.
You then continue your adventure with an array of activities to help your child develop their communication and social skills, visual development, hand eye coordination and much more, all to help your little oneŌĆÖs development. Activities might include bubbles, lights, dancing, puppet shows and musical instruments.
Our classes are held on a Monday in Bassett Tuesday in Hedge End Wednesday in ChandlerŌĆÖs Ford Thursday in Shirley

Went for the first time today with my little boy and he loved It! It was space theme today and he loved the flashing lights, music, bubbles, instruments and of course Tod! Looking forward to next week :-) Faye was lovely and so welcoming and she explained the activities to me. Charlie was soon running around and joining in thank you! All the mum's and dad's were welcoming to it was great x

Toddler sense is amazing and so is Charlene who runs it! She makes a huge effort to get to know each child and their parent/carer. My son Oscar loves going every week and we both look forward to seeing what the activities are for that week. Each week there is a different theme with exciting and varied resources and experiences. My son Oliver has been going to toddler sense for over a year now,I can't believe the change in him listening to Faye and taking part in the activities. My daughter loves Toddlersense, ever week is different and packed with adventure, excellent resources and bundles of energy from Charlene. It is lovely seeing the children develop each week, either in the physical play (awesome bouncy castles btw!!) or during the sensory experience - Thursdays wouldn't be the same if we didn't have toddlersense

My daughter has attended 4 sessions, in those 4 sessions she has come on leaps and bounds, my daughter has gained so much confidence and now does things that she used to be scared off, we don't have tears and tantrums anymore when it's time to give things back and tidy up, will happily go and help now. I definitely recommend toddler sense to parents of little ones. Faye is very friendly and easy to talk too, my daughter is quite shy of adults, but when I say it's time to go and see faye at toddler sense my daughter gets excited and tries to climb into her pushchair.

My boy absolutely loves Toddler Sense & asks me every time we leave the house to go play Ōś║’ĖÅ

My 2 year old twin boys absolutely love toddler sense (so do I) we have done 4 terms now & already booked on for our 5th. It's so nice to see their little faces light up with all the excitement toddler sense brings. All the session leaders we've had & meet are fantastic. Great enthusiasm always. It's so nice to have a weekly activity I can go to with them and watch all the fun they have. I would defiantly recommend toddler sense to any friends & family.

Amelie hasn't settled in a single toddler class until I took her to toddler sense. She loves it. She's quite active and that's why the free play at the start with the bouncy castle and various other apparatus are just perfect. She loves getting the wooden sticks to the 'how do you do' song and of course packing them away! It's a lovely class and Charlene is really friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. Highly recommended class :-)
