We are a professional team of experienced counsellors and therapists serving Torbay, Devon.

Each of us has had an Integrative training, so we draw on skills and techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches, and adapt the therapy to your personal requirements.

We start with your personal experience of your difficulties, and focus on your particular needs for support. Often this means building on your inner resources and ways of coping, whilst exploring and bringing insight into how your personal challenges have affected your experience.

We offer both short and longer term work.
